Can anyone help me out? I am a new nurse (1 year). I am find that I do not liike being a FLOOR NURSE. It is for me very stressful. You deal with the patients, management, CNAs and familities. I am an LN going for my RN. Can anyone give an an advice on what other areas in nursing that I can go in other than the floor nurse? Oh, I also have a background in computers (been a computer programmer back in my country). Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

Hello, I am a recent LPN graduate and also new member of allnurse.com. I would like to say hello to you guys!! To go straight to the point I would like to be a Dialysis nurse. Can somebody tell me how to be one (like the courses that I have to take, good schools, the companies that might hire and train me, etc). By the way, I live in New Jersey in Hudson county.
