    Im sorry for that error.. I really meant Tourist Visa. Im thinking that I am gonna pass the NCLEX and IELTS here in the Philippines then Personally go to an employer in California to petition for my green card. Is this possible even though I still didn't pass the Local Board Exam? Am I eligible to work in California?

Is it possible for me to take the NCLEX and IELTS even tho Im not a Local Board Passer in the Philippines so I can go to California to work?
