  1. I just got an acceptance letter into LPN program! I am so happy.I start in April 2008.
  2. I am a very new CNA and have working as PRN 2 months. A few days ago my superviser called me to talk and showed me disciplinary action record. A nurse wrote that I neglect to feed patients, took excessive breaks, did not set up & direct feeding to necessary patients. I am very upset about it. I was floating that day between two halls. and I fed residents and tried to do everything that I supposed to do. Nurse did not tell me anything, but next day I got this action record. I just started this career and wanted to go in nursing school. English my second language. I just don't know, I feel so frustrated. Some people advice me to quit this facility because this action may damage my nursing future. I want to hear something positive that may help me. Thank you
  3. Thank you for your answers! I need part time because I take prereqiusites for Nursing. This facility pays better than where I am working now, that is why I want to get this job. I still need to develop my skills as CNA and hope it will give me that.
  4. Hello everyone! I am a new CNA. One month ago I started my first job in nursing home and I like to help people. Recently I was offered to work as PRN. Will you help me to make right decision, please? I need a part time job and it seems like PRN suits me fine, but i don't know what they usually do. Thank you!
