The first time that I took NCLEX was in July. I had all 265 Q's. After failing, I began an ATI study plan. I retook NCLEX on Thursday Sept. 27, I had 76 Q's and I PASSED! I was really worried about it cutting off so soon but it can be done no matter how many questions you have, just hang in there. My advice is know infection control and lab values. Question 73 was easy math Q 74 and 75 " Who do you assess first" Q 76 " What prescription would you give first". I done this to show you that it doesn't matter how easy the questions seem at the end you can still pass.
