    Hi, im new to this site and i am sorry to start this site on a whinging note. i am currently working on a gynaecology ward where the satff have no interest in training or appraisals ( i dont think they know what they are) and i am really fed up. i do like nursing but i feel so frustrated and need some adive. Does anyone know if i can go in to mental health nursing from adult nursing I have a degree but i really do not want to have to go through another 3 years training. I would be very grateful if somebody out there could give me some advice so i can see a light at the end of the tunnel. I look forward to your answers, i live in Wales. Thanks for reading this.
