  1. Hi, It's been so long since I posted! I have always enjoyed reading everyone's posts all these years. I have achieved my goal to become a Registered nurse and now I am ready to make my next move. My question is I am relocating to central pennsylvania and am very interested in Hershey Med. I interviewed there when I graduated but had to turn it down so my son could graduate from high school. Time flys and now it's time to make my move. I just wanted to hear from anybody that works there or has worked there. Things like scheduled, working conditions, you know, personal stuff they don't tell you in the interview. I would be happy to hear all comments. Thanks!! Tammilynn
  2. Thank you for responding to my post. I just wonder what the cost of living is there. I heard it is very expensive and housing is really high. I just don't know where I want to go. Of course, when your in school, everyone wants you. If I move I plan on going to the hospital of my dreams (If you know what I mean) Sure money is great, but I want to be happy with where I work and what I do. Again, thanks for responding :)
  3. Hershey Medical Center -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi everyone! I haven't posted in a long time. I am currently in the first year of my nursing school. I have been going to school for so long with the pre-reqs that I finally am heading for the home stretch! My question is for anyone out there. Recruiters are making their rounds at school and I am so confused as to where I finally want to work and live. I would like to stay in Pennsylvania and am interested in learning more about Hershey Medical Center. If anyone has any info on this hospital or any other PA hosp., please let me know. I haven't particularly picked a specialty. One day it's surgery, the next it's peds Thanks!! Tammilynn This is a re-post. All I got was a smart answer to a serious question :angryfire
