NVCC_RN'08

Hi again, Kelly. Thanks for the info! Whew... I thought we still had to wear the uniforms shown on the website. (it really doesn't bother me...but I thought they were hideous!(LOL)) I guess NOVA changed the uniforms... So you have clinicals at Reston? That's cool. I work there as PRN. I work at the Medical Records and I'm there about 3x a week. That sucks that you got assigned somewhere far. I'm doing the ONLINE RN program at NOVA which is new. I'm a little intimidated 'cause the lectures are online. How are your classes so far? I'm sure our classes will be the same, minus the fact that you have face to face lectures. How are the professors and clinical instructors? Sorry about asking you a bunch of questions... I'm just very curious and I really want to prepare myself. Thanks again for all the info! Hey Kelly. Thanks for the response. I didn't know that there were two NVCC's... LOL. I'm at the one here in VA. (NOVA...as we locals like to call it. But yeah, I'd appreciate any information you can give me regarding the clinicals and the uniform. Thanks again! Hope to hear from you soon.

Hello all. I was recently admitted into NVCC's RN program starting in January 2008. I have yet to find anything on their clinical uniforms. I haven't even seen a NVCC Nursing student at all. I'm just curious as to what the uniforms are, and requirements for clinicals. Thanks to anyone who can answer this for me.... Bye for now!
