  1. Thank you angel_ako! I am a new graduate of Nursing so I don't have any experience as a Nurse yet. But I have 4 years experience as a Physical Therapist. Anyway, the CES report also looks into your other medical professions so I think what I wrote in Section 2b is corrct? I am having second thoughts about what to write in Section 9 but I think it is preferable to write Tagalog since that is what IELTS is also using. Thank you again for the input. Will you be needing a CES as well? What have you already accomplished?
  2. Hello again... This is regarding my CES application form for CGFNS. In Section 2b, will I place there that I worked as a Physical Therapist? I have two Bachelor Degrees and I dont have any experience working as a Nurse yet. In Sectio 9, I am from the Philippines, will I place NA to Citizenship ID number since there is no such thing as Citizenship ID Number here (I guess?)? Will I use Filipino or Tagalog in the space for Native Language? Will I put NA to State/Province? In Section 12, what will I place under the column of "Name of Diploma or Certificate in its Original Language?" Is ELEMENTARY COURSE correct (for Intermediate) to write? SECONDARY COURSE (for Secondary)? BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN PHYSICAL THERAPY (for my first course) and BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN NURSING (for my second course)? How about under the column Title Obtained? What will I put there? Thank you!
  3. @ SUZANNE4, LAWRENCE 01: thank you for the reply! But my reasons for choosing ERES/IERF over CGFNS are; first the former charges lesser than the former and second, the time it takes for my credentials to be evaluated is shorter when I choose ERES/IERF than CGFNS plus the fact that I don't want to take the CGFNS exam anymore. People tell me that as of this time, there are only 5 states in the US that require CGFNS (true?), others just require passing the NCLEX-RN. Im at a lost! please help me decide! as of now, i really dont have plans of moving out of TX if ever, but I am not keeping my doors closed!
  4. hello there!im new here! im planning to have my eligibility in Texas. The TX BON sent me an email stating that I can have my credentials evaluated by either CGFNS, ERES, or IERF. can anyone help me choose among the three? what are the pros and cons of each one? Thanks!
