Hello Everyone I would like to know what is required....I have a Bachelors degree in marketing I now need to do a degree In nursing can some one tell me if I would need to do another 4 years of college or what's the procedure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much, for your advise I must say I am now employed with a nursing home and they are offering me training while I work for them. There was no mention of me having to pay anything back for this training, however they did mention tuition reimbursement for people who want to go further now they are bounded for a year. So for the time I will try and learn as much as I can since I am studying to get into the LPN program.

I am also studying for the TEAS test and I am so scared I am not good at maths, but I am trying. I will visit the public library tomorrow and see if the study manual is available there and certainly save myself some money. You guys are a big help.

Hi Everyone Just need to know if your are employed at a TLC and they provide training for your are you bounded to them for a specific time..I am about to start orentation and would very much like to work in the hospital instead of a Nursing facility but since they are training me and paying for this training does it me I am bounded to them for a period of time...

Hi All Is anyone enrolled at Monmouth County Vocational School? I am about to do some courses in pre-nursing will this cover the pre requisites that I am required to do do.

Thank for the info, I need to know how long will it take complete my pre requisite I have to do maths, Biology, A&P and not sure what else I will be meeting with an adviser in the coming week. I just need to know what to expect.

I found your explanation on distant learning quite helpful. I have been wondering how to go about doing my RN on line. i wondered about the clinicals and how that would work. I am still researching and hopefully will decide on where to begin soon.
