    I would go where there is at LEAST a level II nursery. Even with a planned c/s things can go wrong, I have seen it too many times. From a personal point of view, my sister had a term baby (second baby) with a very normal delivery (complete normal preg, no DM, PIH or any risk factors) and her 8lb6oz baby ended up in NICU for a week. You never know until they are here. Congrats and good luck.
