Greets. I was hoping that some of the LTC nurses could share the policy/practice their facility uses to ensure insulins get pitched and reordered every 28 days. Tell me your ideas, what you do at your facility and whether it works or not! I would greatly appreciate your input. Thanks in advance.

I need to know what the best things to wear (barring the navy suit *L* because I dont own one) to apply for jobs and for interviews. It is essentially the same or more casual to apply? What should I wear?? I am applying to LTC/Rehab facility and then to a home health agency tomorrow morning.

Hi all. i am newly licensed in NC and am having a hard time finding work. I am rather bummed since all I have heard all through school is how in demand nurses are. ~sigh~ It seems everyone is requiring at least one years experience. How does one get that year!!!!??? Any ideas or hints on the job search would be well appreciated. I can not even seem to locate any LTC facilities looking for LPN. Perhaps I am not looking in the right places, or am approaching it all wrong. Any hints , tips advice, anything?? any do's and don'ts?
