    Hi Suzanne4 Thanks for your message. Would you kind enough to provide us with the link from BRN or CA BON regarding their official guideline on your statement below? You do have incorrect information. The NCLEX-RN exam does not need to be rewritten, the results do not expire. The retrogression has never lasted more than three years. Those that have been waiting that long now is because of problems with their agency or attorney, not the US government In the worst case scenerio, you just need to send another application to CA BRN. Nothing more. Boards of Nursing do not make exceptions for the SSN# because you are not in the US. They only keep paperwork and files open for so long. I went to their website and I could not find it. Thanks again.
