    Everyone, this is my 1st msg so bare with me. I am currently in career mobility and will graduate in May 08. I have been working in LTC for the past 3yrs and have recently transferred to the hospital GI/GU floor. I absoultly love it. I have learned more in 1 month then 3 yrs in LTC. Anyway, I am having a hard time making sure I give a good report at shift change. Some want everything even shoe size (lol) others only want the basics. I have searched this website and found some report sheets, but still not sure what to use. I have 5-6 at a time and dont want 5-6 sheets of paper plus MARS to carry around all night. Does anyone have a multiple pt report sheet?? or info on where to find one?? I thank you in advance for your help!!
