Can anyone help me: What's the pathophysiology of a Pelvic TB? her chief complaint is abdominal enlargement and the surgery done to her is bilateral salphingectomy. I just can't connect them all. How does abdominal enlargement be a symptom of a pelvic TB and why remove both fallopian tube?! Pls.. Thanks.

I see.. thanks very much for the help.. ..another question..how does civil status, religion, nationality,residency (permanent and transient) affects health status of the people in the community? after we tabulated all data we found out that a high percentage of the population are married, are roman catholic, are of the same nationality and ethnic group and are permanent residents of the community..I just don't know how these affect health status of the community.. ...

This is what I made so far..what do you think? Rationale: Gathering of relevant data are important because it will be used to determine the needs of the community and also to determine how to utilize the limited resources of the community to respond to these needs. The involvement of the people in the community is important because it gives a more effective community diagnosis. To acquire data from the people involve gives a more accurate and factual data. Purpose: To analyze the data gathered that can be used to develop necessary interventions in respond to the determined problems of the community. Objectives: 1.To gather basic information from the community to determine the health concerns and needs of the community. 2. To determine possible factors that affect the health perception of the people and in the community 3. To determine what are the resources used by the people in the community in terms of health care. Methodology: The group surveyed 66 families of Brgy. Biak na Bato Zone 5. The group is divided by pair and each pair went house to house to conduct an interview with each of the head of the family of each houses. One team member would ask a question, using the survey forms given to each pair as a guide, while the other team member took notes. All data are tabulated after with the whole group
