    the tickets are not free... according to a friend, P400 is the ticket price for the successful examinees P300 is the ticket price for any guest or family member you want to come along with you at the mass oath taking... according to one of the persons in prc, manila... they will be selling the tickets up until before the date of the oath taking ceremony...
