    The baby's stomach was completely open and all of her organs were out. She is now 6 yrs old and very healthy, the only thing different about her is that she has a special belly button as she likes to tell people.

    Does anyone know what its called when a baby is born with an open stomach and what the name of the surgery is called? I had a friend whose baby was born with this but i can't recall what it was called. Thanks!
