Hey everybody, I passed from the 3rd time, YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY, kisses to everybody. I love you all, and wish that everyone who is still trying or waitng for the results to PASS, PASS, PASS. NOW WHAT I'm not an American citizen, I'm just a PhD student in nursing at Wayne State University, and I really really need to work for my tution and family. suggestions please:paw:

I do not have the time and resources to keep switching, so i will just wait and see, what will this supportive school take me. Thanks for the advise anyway.

I AM in the PhD program at this time, and since I'm having difficulties with passing the nonsense exam called NCLEX, then my opportunities are NONE. and even if I had that NCLEX I have to pay 6 thousand dollars to be able to work in this country, they are in shortage for nurses and they make it hard on them. they do a lot of research and they so many big grants, and they do not offer any graduate research assistant positions for students just like any other school, all people that I know in other schools at Wayne have either a graduate teaching assistant or graduate research assistant position, and actually they come with these positions waiting for them so they do not have to fight for them just like I'm doing and it's useless. I failed NCLEX twice and I'm not thinking of taking it the third time because I feel like I'm wasting my money (that I dont get easily) for nothing. This is why this school is not of a good experience for me. all they keep doing are promises and promises that keeps me dreaming. I've been dreaming to work as an RN in the US, I was a pediatric oncology nurse for 4 years in my country, and i miss working in a hospital as a nurse, this research life is just killing me.

Just for not supporting students, if you have the money, then you have no problem. making fun of somebody's english is insulting, Thank you

wayne state university college of nursing is the worse school ever

well, today I received my failed result for the second time, these bastards are collecting money the bad way, they know that many people are doing the test over and over again. this is gonna be my last time doing this. I will go to Dubai and get double the money without tax for nothing, no boards, no exams, nothing. I only had nothing from this country but pain, misery, wasting money for nothing, and lie promises. well my advise to everyone of you who has no luck just like me, Nursing is the worse profession to do, stress all the time, before and after working. I've been an oncology nurse in my country for 4 years, and nothing just NOTHING. I HATE NURSING AND NCLEX...NO MORE

I had 245 questions today too, and by the way, this is not a hard exam, I failed the first time and this is my second time yeah, but it all depends on your luck, if you're lucky you'll pass. I see it as inappropriate to be graded by an adaptive ****. I have been an oncology nurse for 4 years and 75% of the questions were confusing and nonsense, even if you answer the right one, if the computer or they dont want it to be right, then it is not right. I'm really depressed now, I hate nclex and I hate NCSBN because they know how to get money from people.

well I had 244 or 245 questions today, and I'm really scared, most of the questions and cases I never heard of before, I worked in pediatric oncology back in Jordan for four years and I completely forgot about the other stuff, this is my second time, and I'm really scared. I hate nclex, and this is the only thing I hate about the US, these people love to make hard on us, I have lost 4 positions till now because of this stupid test, and by the way, the questions that I had were not related to nursing, for an oncology nurse, I see this exam as ********. if they want to evaluate us, they have to do it the physicians way (CLINICAL), they're just good at making impossible confusing and waste of time questions and get money for nothing, I have to pay when I pass not when I just go and keep clicking on the mouse wandering.

Thank you so much, is that all I need to know besides mg to mcg, and g to mg, and oz to ml and cups and tablespoons and teaspoons? please tell me if there any other thing that hit me with, I heard some people talking about mg to milliunits. Thanks

Hi everybody, I'm taking the NCLEX exam tomorrow for the second time and I really feel anxious, especially about those medication calculation questions, I'm really good at math but I'm not sure about the conversions, for example from oz to ml and gram to oz and from gr to ml and gram. I have three books and each one of them is giving a different values, for example one of them (Saunders) says 1 gr= 60-65 ml, and I know NCLEX only knows one definite value not a range. I need help urgent please, I have saunders, kaplan, and Hoefler. which one do I go with? I'm really confused. I think this is the reason that most of the test takers miss this kinda questions.:crying 2:

Listen to me everybody, I dont believe in this exam and nobody should, they just made it to harvest money from us, smart or stupid, does not matter, if you fail, then you did not answer what THEY think is right, it does not have to be right, but if they they it's right then it is, and that does not mean that you are a bad nurse or a bad student, you might know more than they do.

The **** NCLEX RN exam does not depend on what you study or how you study, and I advice everyone who wants to pass not to study at all. it does not even deserve the time you dedicate for it. just apply and go write it. I failed the first time after I studied really hard and I'm nursing PhD student . after that I just spent my time playing video games on my PS3 and inviting my friends over and have parties, and passed with 75 questions the second time. they just make it impossible to pass, IT'S A MATTER OF LUCK.

I just wanted every nurse in the world to know that CGFNS are treating internationals really bad on purpose, they do not respect you when you call on the phone and they do not process your applications on time and it takes them months to do a couple of hours job. If we are americans and applied for anything, everything will be going smoothly then. And by the way they lie a lot, because they promised me once that after all the process is done with my application they will accept my TOEFL score even if I have 2 scores less than the requiered in the speaking test and way above for the overall, because I'm already a PhD student in the states and practice speaking everyday. sorry for making it long :)

hi everybody, my CGFNS exam was scheduled in November 14th and I do have the CGFNS study guide....any other sources to study from? I need advice now pleeeeease.:spin:
