Sorry about your experience woody! Ithink the officers behaviour was terrible he should have explained the situation to you and your daughter. I do still believe that sometimes when people realise you'r a nurse their thinking does change and the way in which you are treated is affect by this sometimes this can work in your favour or go against as you may be made an example of. Nurses or any other professionals should not expect special treatments especialy when it comes to the law. We always complain when celebtaties are given favours so why should we expect to be any different from the rest of the world.

suppose this is some of the perks of the job. You are treated slghtly differently if you are in your uniform. I wonder what the nursing board would say about this! Mmm..

:balloons:at last ive finished my placements! Bad news ive got to wait till 21 september to find out if ive passed my last two assignments. Looking for jobs but no luck as of yet havent even been asked for an interview. Dont know whether to cry all laugh i just know ill be glad to know ive actually passed and my name is on the NMC register then i can call my self a nurse!!

Im currently doing my management placement (England) and due to qualify in september. As there are not many jobs available im considering abraod especialy in USA. If anyone can give me some pointers on getting started with NCLEX exam i would be ever so greatful Many thanx!!
