hello i just wanted to know how long did it take some nurses from the time they got their license to the time they started working??. the reason i'm asking is because i got my license in 08/08/07 and till this day i don't have a job yet (2 months). i've interview in several hospitals and my last interview was a week ago i don't know how long hospitals take to call back. i'm getting nervous i'm starting to think that i need help in my interview skills. i get nervous during interviews; i don't know maybe i'm not answering right!!! or maybe is too early to say??? i need some advice!!!!!!!!!!!

I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL, I TOOK MINES LAST WEEK AND I LEFT CRYING I WAS SURE I FAILED BUT THANKFULLY I DIDN'T I PASSED WITH 115 QUESTIONS. WAITING FOR THE RESULTS WAS THE WORST!!!!. I WOULD HAVE NIGHTMARES, I FOUND THAT I PASSED 2 DAYS AFTER AT 7 AM IN THE MEDICAL LICENSE SEARCH, MY NAME WAS THERE WITH MY LICENSE # NEXT TO IT, IT WAS THE BEST FEELING EVER!!!!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!

i know sometimes kaplan can be very discouraging, just keep doing questions, a friend of mine got a 48% in one of her trainer and passed with 265 questions!! dont lose hope:idea:

Take it your ready!!!! i never scored higher than a 62% on any of the question trainers or in the Q-Bank and found out that i passed yesterday. just do all of their questions and review the rationals and you will be fine. Remember that kaplan says that if you score 65% on their test they are 99% sure that you will pass the NCLEX. a 73.8% is excellent, DO NOT RESCHEDULE you will pass, be positive. keep up doing the questions from kaplan and saunders; i also did a little bit of sauders and it helps. GOOD LUCK;)

i also took kaplan and found out that i passed yesterday and i want to say i never score 65% on any of the question trainers,my average was from 55-62%, and i passed with 115 questions, if your scoring 65% you are more than ready for the test GO FOR IT!!!!

this must be hard but be positive you completed nursing school and WILL PASS THIS CRAZY TEST!!!!, what worked for me was kaplan, i did all of their questions and read the rationals. i also did a little bit of saunders. as for the anxiety; it's normal to be anxious, try to breathe i know is hard beleive me, i scheduled my test in the afternoon to give me enough time to get to the testing center and have a good lunch (small lunch) it decreased my anxiety. OMG i cannot belive it I PASSED with 115 question i guess the number doesn't really matter. i'm so happy, i really think kaplan did help me, i wasn't getting 65% on their test. for those who still need to take it and are taking kaplan don't freak out i would get 50 and 60 and passed. I'M still in shock. I'M an RNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!

OMG this waiting is killing me!!! how did you study i don't know what i'm going to do if i fail , i took kaplan but after this test i truly can't tell if it really helped me!!.

Hello again and thank you for your support!!!. Does anyone know anyother way of finding out if you pass earlier than 48 Hours. I've been checking like crazy pearson and the Florida medical license search and nothing. I'm praying!!!!!!

I took the nclex-rn today and i want to say i'm pretty sure i failed. i'm not sure if my computer turned off at 112 or 115. i'm really nervous i havent heard of anyone who have passed at this #. all my friends have been getting 75 questions only!!!. i now that after 75 questions i started getting real nervous. when i left i started crying i feel like i guess the whole entire test. I'm praying, and trying to breathe!!!!. Has anyone passed between 112-115?????
