    As we all know, we have a lot of nursing students as well as registered nurse now a days. Why? Because they want to work in abroad or other countries. Why? They want to earn high salary to support their families. Why? Because if they stayed here for the salary of P8,000-P12,000/month, do you think it's worth? That's the reason now a days why some nurses are not doing their job well especially in some private and provincial hospitals. We need to improve this! That's why I want you to make a comments or suggestions for this... By the way, I'm a BSN student. This is my second course. I'm a mother of 3 lovely daughters. Thanks and God bless you!!!
