  1. I'm a fairly new nurse. I've done peds for 6months, it began to become to routine so i transferred to the PICU. I've been in the PICU for about 2months and i absolutely love it. The nurses and drs are amazing.. I come off of orientation in 2wks and i'm nervous. I'm still have some difficulty shifting from mainly healthy kids to really acute kids.I wanted to know if any had any advice for a new PICU nurse.. How do you handle the stress? THanx ~JerZeeRN
