Davita is Awful, an Awful hell and every word negative said is true, I can vouch for all of it. They are nothing like the corporate think they are. Dangerous and its like working for a Cult or the Mafia!!!!!! Every FA I met was a Power monger. Unbelievable and heart breaking...

Davita is an AWFUL Company! I recently quit and its the best thing I have ever done. Filed charged against my unit and People services even with a witness said there was not enough evidence. Davita is all talk, they do not care, accept about making Money, that is all. Stay far from Davita!!!!!

Here I am, eight months later, and I hate Davita! I am still there, and there are a few good people in the company, I love the patients, but the overall attitude i have encountered and tolerated has been very hard and i have not been happy since I went there. The first facility I was harrassed at, and the second,well, noone has the time to listen to all the gripes, and I haven't seen a bonus or evaluation yet. I am very sad I went, it was the biggest mistake of my life. My average day is 13.5-15hours:banghead: and I commonly go 6-8 hours with no break!!!

Everything you all say is true. I Love the job itself, people...well people are people wherever you go. Good and Bad! My boss seems great, hours could be better but time will tell. At least though, I am getting comfortable now with the job itself, and I am sure everything else will fall together on its own. I just love reading what everyone has to say, Thankyou;)

Thankyou for your replies I did take the job and I do like it. I dont know about the bonuses and all that, but I do think it will work out well. But time will tell!

I HAVE BEEN OFFERRED A JOB WITH DAVITA, AND WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE COULD HELP ME OUT AND GIVE ME SOME IDEA OF WHAT TO EXPECT, IS IT A GOOD CO, ARE THE BENEFITS GOOD AND IS IT REALLY ABOUT TEAMWORK? THANKS
