I can't recall if the calculator was available in the accessories tab of the computer, but it really wasn't needed. I think I was given a pencil and sheet of paper though. Please don't worry, I know the questions are different from test to test, but it is very basic math. There were a few problems that gave a few checkbook debits and credits, and you just give the balance. The time allowed for each section is very ample to answer the questions. The minute-and-a-half rule of thumb is just to help you if you get stumped and insure you don't waste a lot of time on one question. You can skip a question and go back, but I chose not to because I thought I would screw up the test, which was pure superstition on my part. If you are in a room with other people taking the test and you hear a lot of fast clicking, don't be dismayed, because no one is usually working on the same section. For me, the math was last part of the test and I was so tired at that point I think I was actually dozing off, which caused me to run out of time. I didn't even notice the time remaining box until the last section of the test, but it was not a frenzied type of test, not the monster that I had envisioned. I heard horror stories of people flunking and over-studied myself into near hysteria. Believe me, I am no brain trust, but it was so much easier than I had imagined. Please let us know how you do. Soon you will look back and laugh at your needless fears. Wish I could remember more details but please post if you have any other questions.
