  1. Hi UCDSICURN. Thanks a lot for the helpful post, really appreciate it.
  2. Thanks GilaRN!! Also, I was wondering if anyone could recommend the best handheld device if I want to have a lot of programs on it (so one with a lot of memory/capable to add more memory). I have a Tungsten Palm that's about 3 years old which we were required to purchase for undergrad. A lot of my Anesthesia classmates have those palm/cell phone combinations. I like the idea of your phone/pda all being in one place so you only have to carry one device with you- but does anyone know about the capabilities as far as memory is concerned? Thanks!!
  3. I'm a first year SRNA, and just wondering if anyone out there knows of any helpful Anesthesia PDA programs/where to get them? Thanks!!
  4. I am searching for the book Essence of Anesthesia Practice by Roizen & Fleisher. I was only able to find one used copy for $500!! I even contacted the publisher, but the book is out of print. Does anyone have any ideas how I can get my hands on a copy? Also, if anyone knows of any additional resources/books/PDA programs for developing Anesthesia Care Plans I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks.
  5. Hey Happy SRNA That is good to hear that you like UM...esp since I am moving many miles from Pennsylvania & away from my family to go to school there~! Anyway, what's it really like? I know it's going to be a tough two and half years, no doubt, but do you feel it's doable? Any advice you have for me would be greatly appreciated. Just curious, do they have PDA programs on the booklist or ones that they recommend? B/c I was considering setting mine up with some Anesthesia programs, but I don't want to do too much in case they want us to have certain programs as a class. By a Junior, do you mean that you started Fall 2006? It was good hearing from you..talk to you soon hopefully. Amanda
  6. Hi. I will actually be starting in UM's Anesthesia Program this AUG (2007)!!! :welcome:
