  2. I am in the process of collecting data for my PhD and am recruiting United States RNs with less than 3 years experience who have left, or are considering leaving, nursing practice. In this case, 'leaving nursing practice' would mean no longer practicing or supervising with direct patient care. This initial data collection will consist of an interview that will take approximately one hour to complete. The time may be arranged to be mutually convenient. If you are interested in participating in this study, or know of someone who might be interested, please PM me for my personal email address.
