:idea:Hello from California, Any California students out there? I am currrently in the tail end of my 3rd semster & have to retake the med-surg portion of a 16 week semester ( 8 weeks med surg & 8 weeks of peds/ob) unforutnately I tested poorly for the first 2 tests (instructor expected us to maintain 75% at all times). I was allowed ro take the 8 weeks of peds/ ob & passed, but now have to wait & retake the med-surg portion in the spring of 08' due to the fall i salready filled with other students trying to re-enter. I also have to take another algebra class to meet graduation requirements for the school I attend. This means I will not see the 4th semester & graduation until Fall of 08'! that is so far off & I don't want o lose any of the stuff I have learned.....i thought I would challenge the Boards for LPN/LVN until I am ready for 4th semseter...or better yet, just stay an LPN until the very end of school & I have passed RN boards....How does this sound? any other stuednts that have suffered this? I am starting to feel like I will never get thru school.....Need some positive help! Thank you, P
