  1. This is a great question and I was just getting ready to ask the same question. I am a part-time FNP student expected to finish in 2009. TraumaRUs - How long is the mentoring program? Any requirements apart from certification, MSN, and licensure? What I was wondering about was if there is any short-term (say about 6 months) internship type of program for new grad FNPs which doesn't requre any binding expectation that you would have to stay on the job when the internship was finished.
  2. Hi, anyone know anything about the Opthalmic Nurse Practitioners? I am an FNP student and I'm just curious. Any training for opthalmic NPS or is it something that NPs from other specialties (like FNPs) get on the job? Thanks.
