    VEP can be handled for you by most travel agencies here as part of their package but do not make travel arrangements until you are 100% sure already of a slot for Saipan. I will be sitting for the NCLEX-EXAM on AUGUST 15,2007. Unfortunately,I have no idea on how to get my VEP. A friend of mine who took the exam last DEC2006 said that I will only need my ATT, PASSPORT AND ATB (Authority to Board) to get a ticket from the Continental Airlines... \ So, I just wanna know if the Visitor's Entry PErmit is just the same with the Authority to Board (permit) ? THanks a lot!
