  1. I'm in Mississippi and the estimated cost is $4,500, including testing, uniforms, etc. That's what it said in my acceptance letter, at least.
  2. I took it three weeks ago and had only a week to study. We had no say in when we were taking the test, only that we were to show up and that was our only chance, so yeah, STRESS. lol Anyway, I'm horrible at math (I've never taken a college math class that I didn't have to repeat), so I was scared witless. I went to the bookstore and got this book called Super Review Basic Math and Pre-Algebra (less than 10 bucks). That book along with the NET Review book helped me sooo much. The problems were exactly like the ones from those books. I still panicked when I took the math portion (it was only 30 questions...I thought it was going to be 60), and felt like I bombed, but I must've known more than I thought because I passed! My score is a mystery though, they just sent us letters telling us we were either in or out of the program...how mean is that? Ugh. Good luck!! The worst part of that exam really is the nerves!
  3. After waiting forever (well, seemingly), I got my acceptance letter on Friday. I'm so excited! I honestly haven't been this happy in years, this was truly an answer to my prayers. Anyway, I have to do well with this. This could very well be my last shot at school for a while and I have to do better than my best...which isn't that great. I'm an average student, slightly above if I resort to just memorizing. School starts in August and I want to make the best of the time that I have right now. Do you have any advice on what I should brush up on this summer? Anatomy? Micro? Do you remember any specific thing that you thought was particularly difficult about your first semester? I really want to make sure I'm prepared for everything they throw at us. Thank you!
