  1. Would you give me some information about Kaiser Oakland? Does someone had experience to work at this hospital? I may have interview with this facility this week for Med/Sug 12 hours Day shift position. I saw old posted message in this forum that Kaiser Oakland is a rough area. I am 20 weeks pregnant new mom. So, I am worried by hearing that this place is not pleasant. Please give me some information and advice regarding this hospital. Thanks
  2. Hi caliotter3,thanks for quick replay! I am 13 weeks of pregnant now. So, I am going to take off from work after 13 weeks of assignment. This is a reason I consider to start travel nurse position. I sent E- mail to my agent to tell her offer seems not right. I'm in a situation waiting her response.
  3. I want to take the travel nurse position because my husband may begin a new job in San Jose,CA. An agent, which I have contacted, is offering 38.00 per hour, a free one bedroom furnished apt or 1800.00 monthly tax free housing Free PPO, and 750.00 relocation reimbursement. I'm wondering if this offer is right for a nrew travel nurse (I have 3 years of experience as RN.) I read that new graduate RN's in the bay area make about $32 to 37, I think. I feel what the company is offering is not appropriate. What do you think?
