  1. Going Back for FNP

    I am comtemplating going back for my FNP.. trying to decide if its worth it as I do quite well working in our ED as a staff nurse in Minnesota.. The reasons I am thinking about it is: In 4 yrs I may want to get out of the night shift ED work. Increase education, and better use of my skills.. Pay is important but not the only reason. The school I am looking at also offers a masters in CNS... I don't know much about this and was wondering about input from others on the CNS...At age 44 is it worth it to go back to school??? pivver
