  2. I've come up against a wall. I've been a nurse for 15 years with all but 3 months taking care of newborns. I'm not NICU trained. I've cared for well and moderately sick infants. I'm an older nurse at 55 and realize the 12 hour nights are getting harder to do. (days wouldn't be any better). I am looking at other options. I've thought about home health. Does anyone know if home health agencies provide any training? Any ideas for other less stressful nursing jobs? I appreciate all thoughts.
