  1. Criteria for becoming an RN?? Help!Opinions needed

    Hi, all... Finally decided what my calling is, and I'm considering all the options - I'd like to become an RN then get my MSN to become a Nurse Practitioner through a part-time program while working. I currently hold a BA degree, but am hoping that I can get credit for courses already completed (general studies). Here's the clincher- back in 2002, I had a deferred sentence for a DUI, and in 2005, I got a negligent driving charge. I haven't so much as had a parking ticket since then, and nothing in between. Can I still become an RN in Washington?? If not, any opinions on getting licensed in Oregon or California??? Thanks!!
