    I have never seen an OR actually look into grades....just so you passed. We tend to look for people with a strong personality who appear to be self motivated. This is a very hard department to choose if you are timid. Enjoy!

    I have been asked to gather information on how other operating rooms manage transfering patients on and off the surgical table. We use a very thin hard plastic with a sheet on it and four people. Any other ideas?
