Do instructors generally care if you have to leave class (or clinicals) for bathroom breaks?

Wow... it is sooo comforting to know that I'm not alone in this. I mean, I'm so sorry that you all are sufferers too, but I really have been wondering if it's even possible to be in nursing school with it. I had a doctor laugh and tell me it'd be next to impossible. He was so rude, like it was my fault. BoonersMom, you described how I feel exactly. Always having to know where the bathrooms are. It's caused a slight agoraphobia. I'm actually hoping nursing school well help me to learn how to deal with it so I can live normally. Thanks to all of you for your replies!

Thanks to both of you! Are they all written by Mosby and for nursing/medical? I live in a rual area, but next time I get down to the city I'll look for them there.

any idea where i can find the complete set?

Hi all. I was looking on ebay for some study material and came across a couple of booklets from Mosby that say they are part of the Memory Notebook Series. They look really good and I'd like to buy (or at least look at!) the entire series, but when I google it under that I still get bits and peices or the completly wrong thing altogether. Does anyone know anything about this series? How good is it? Where can I find the complete series? Thanks

If your willing to pay 20something dollars a month, then this is the best program! It's called Aleks. www.aleks.com. I have been using it for studying for my NET and also the accuplacure. I never took math in high school... squeezed through the system as someone else said and have hated it for as long as I can remember. This program is like having your own personal tutor. Now I can do the basic math and passed the accuplacure into elem algebra! Plan to keep using it through my algebra course... so wanted to find a place to share it all with you as well. Hope it helps.
