  1. Words cannot even begin to describe!!! LOL
  2. I took it on the 21st (Monday) and I found out yesterday around 1:00 or so on the OBN website...
  3. Haha...and it's so great to be able to finally sleep. Except I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for a few friends and my cousin. I won't be entirely back to normal until I know how they did. Just because I know how they must be feeling and until they know...I'm totally feelin for them all. They had about the same experience I had...not so fun...
  4. Wow yeah sounds like we had the same experience to me! Well I'm pleased to say I passed! I didn't feel very confident about it, but somehow...I made it. I hope you did as well. Two of my friends from class called me today and has 265 as well...one other had around 240. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed for them right now...let me know how you did though? Good luck!!! I think I only checked the OBN website around 300 times today...so overall, not too bad haha...
  5. Thanks to everyone who has congratulated me.....seems unreal... Leilah I read a few of your posts in the other threads...I just wanted to wish you luck and tell you I'm thinking of you. I am new here...just found this site late last night actually, so hopefully the posts I read last night were recent...but anyways...best of luck to you on your journey to becoming an RN...
  6. I just took it yesterday at 11:15 am...(Monday)
  7. I PASSED!!! Found out this afternoon! :)
  8. Well I just got my results...and after going through the most grueling 24 hours of my life...it was all worth it. 265...and I PASSED!!! I have never felt so horrible after a test in all of my life until yesterday! So that proves you just never really know. I was preparing for the worst...and I got some of the greatest new of my life this afternoon!!! Best of luck to you and anybody else going to take NCLEX soon...the main thing is believing in yourself, EVEN when you feel as though you know nothing...after all, we got through nursing school for a reason...which means we're all smart enough to pass this thing!
  9. I think it really just varies from person to person. A guy in my class took his last week in 75 questions and said he didn't think it was too bad. He thought the ATI we did in nursing school was much more challenging. However, I took mine yesterday afternoon, and I had a totally different take on it. I felt that it was very difficult, I won't lie... I think the amount of medications I received is really what was tough for me. I couldn't even begin to tell you how many questions I got regarding meds and I just sat at my computer and though....SERIOUSLY...did they confuse my exam with that of a Doctor??? BEST OF LUCK TO YOU! I'm sure your experience will vary greatly just as mine has when I compared it to others...
  10. Good luck to everybody...I just took mine yesterday and am still waiting on results. I have been like a roller-coaster pretty much. I don't know what the result will be...I just know I gave it my best and I don't have any regrets about anything I would've done differently... Never stop believing no matter what!!!
  11. I actually didn't run out of time...just took the max # of questions. I had a over an hour of my time remaining whenever I finished up... When do you expect to know something? I'm from Ohio and have been checking the website since around 6 am. Not healthy to be sitting here doing that...but my fiance called and woke me up from Iraq...and of course right when we got off the phone, it's the first thing I thought about. Can't go back to sleep of course... :/ I saw where my BON updated this morning, but still no result for me. I didn't finish up til late afternoon...so hopefully they are still updating the site and just haven't got to mine yet. I can only hope...but discouraged I didn't see my status change this morning yet... When should I expect it if I'm from Ohio...anybody know?
  12. Thanks...I will let you all know something whenever I find out... For now...keeping my fingers crossed and saying my prayers... :/
  13. pdaddy...I took mine today and had all 265 questions...not real sure what to make of it myself...and I felt the questions were tough, which doesn't help my confidence. At this point I just wish I knew. I will be keeping my fingers crossed for you...as well as for myself...hopefully we'll both be RN's soon...
  14. I kind of have the same issues with ATI. My school tested us using it usually at least once per semester...and then they gave us the comprehensive exam during our last week of classes. I felt it was very difficult, never passed a single ATI until the comprehensive, and BARELY passed that one! I was a high B student throughout nursing school for the biggest part. ATI messed with my head a lot...I was told it was a lot harder than the actual NCLEX...but I'll tell you, after taking the NCLEX this morning...I haven't had harder questions until today... :/
  15. Well I took my NCLEX-RN Exam this morning around 11:15. I ended up taking all 265 questions! I really have no idea how I did, other than I know it was the most difficult exam I've ever taken. I had maybe 3 check all that apply....a TON of medications...and MANY other very difficult questions. I can't really make heads or tails out of this all. Of course it is my initial reaction to think I probably failed, because I didn't leave feeling very confident on very many questions. From what I've been reading...everybody has felt this way. I know the amount of questiions does not matter, but wouldn't it shut off if I had failed before getting to 265? I don't know if it matters much....but I feel like I knew the answer to my last question...which I guess is more positive than not knowing it right? Oh well, I guess I will be watching and waiting until my results are posted... Thanks to everybody who posts in this forum. It's helping a lot to read that many of you felt exactly the same way I do right now...this website has been very comforting...
