  1. I just finished my first week of unit orientation and I have a gut feeling that it isn't what I wanted. I have prior nursing experience in the field and am not comfortable with the way some of the patient care is handled. The staff have also made comments while I've been there that make it seem like it's not a good place to work. Has anyone else ever quit early in the orientation? I'm pretty sure that first 90 days is for both u and the employer to decide if it's right for you. Oh yeah, my previous employer offered me a position at the hospital that I am interested in taking as I know the routine and how they handle pt care.
