  1. They were trying to get a new script. And they couldn't have gotten info from bottles. I put all script labels through the shredder before discarding the bottle. I do think that it's someone in the office, but I have no way of proving it. I was on this med over a year ago for chronic pain related to uterine adhesions from a c/s. That's what is leading me to think that it's someone in the office.
  2. Within the past 2 weeks I have received phone calls from my doctor's office stating that someone had tried to call in and receive a script for Norco in my name. I have filed a police report, but what my question is..... Should I file a HIPPA Violation suit against my doc's office. They are the only ones that would have the access to my medical records and the information that one would need to call in a script.
