    Hi, i am a new grad looking for a possition in the ER. i was interested in applying at Aventura Hospital until i spoke with my mom. She said the hospital was horrible. i was hoping to hear differently from nurses that may be working there or have had experience at that hospital. If you have any feedback on that hospital it would be very much appreciated. thanks again
