i am currently trying to get my RN now as far as the cons in my experience most RNs look down on LVNs because they have to also be responsible for not only their own load of patients but also the LVNs that is in a Acute setting . In the skilled nursing environment LVNs RNs pretty much the same in the SNF its more or less just "Nurse" but obviously the gap in pay will always be there. If you can help it go straight RN , i wish i did.:trout:

LLjones i recently enrolled in the college network/isu program just got my first module which is the computer one , i was just wondering after i finish it and test out do they automatically send me the other modules i need or what and also since i just started do i need to apply to ISU now? or later? i only have 3 prereqs to finish any info would be appreciated thanks

Just signed up for the program and starting on my first module the computer one does college network send out new modules automatically after you test out and pass just wondering and also since i only have 3 classes to finish for phase 1 do i apply for admission to ISU now or wait till later if anyone knows id appreciate some input thanks

today i check my mail and there it was the big envelope from the boards honestly i was thinking to myself SH*T!! i didnt pass cause everyone told me big envelope bad news *Sigh but to my SURPRISE I FRICKIN PASSED!!! WHOOHOO i opened it and it said in plain english i have successfully passed licensure exam!!! im so fricken happy God is good and i stopped at 103 questions not at 85 so hopefully all who took it on april 19 get ready cause yours is probably already in the mail good luck!!:monkeydance:
