  1. hi redtwin, just wondering....you're doing a volunteer work? I understand now-a-days, It's hard sa atin to get a certificate of employment if you will not work for 2 to 3 years continously in the hospital. Usually hospital will not issue a certificate of employment record and if that is the case.... is volunteer works enough.... I mean do the hospital will give you a certificate indicating the number of hours you worked as volunteer? Di ba usually you have to pay for a training fee in the hospital you intended to work as a volunteer or trainee? Is this training certificate also enough basta may number of hours indicated in the certificate? Any idea? thanks
