  1. Rituxan nurse:pt ratio

    Hi Onc Nurses! I'm a nursing student doing a teaching presentation on Rituxan nursing care. My clinicals are on an onc/med/surg unit where the nurse to pt ratio was 2:1 for pts receiving Rituxan for the first time but they have recently changed it to 3:1. I have been looking in the literature for anything on staffing recommendations but have come up short! Does anyone know anything about this issue that might be helpful? Thanks!
