It is actually very common. I have it. My sister had a dbl uterus (and kidney issues). Our mother never took DES while preg with any of us. We went to genetics Dr (for a issue on my oldest son) and asked them about it. They told us that for 2 siblings of the same mother (who wasn't given DES) to have very similar uterus issues was rare but, they could never provide us an answer to why we both have it. The only thing i suggest to anyone who has any sort of uterus abnormality, get your kidneys checked too. The uterus and kidneys form around the same time so problems with both can go hand and hand.
