hello to everyone ...once in a while I get curious and try to check NVC automated response and was quite surprise to note that message still have not changed despite unavailable visa...it still says "WAIT FOR 8 WEEKS....blah blah....I have been through retro several times and each time visa becomes unavailable ..message usually change at once. Could this be a good sign ? I hope so...hope the oct visa bulletin brings good news for us waiting especially those who are already documentarily qualified. LETS PRAY HARD.........AND MAY GOOD LUCK SHINE UPON US....:wink2:

hi...the NVC received my documents last may 28 and they will review it in 2-4 weeks time.hope we can still make it. I was able to get the checklist request from the operator since April and sent my complete documents to my lawyer at once.They initially sent the DS230 only(?) I dont know what happened why it took them too long to resubmit my other documents.I do hope we can still make it for the july-august interview..Lets keep our fingers crossed.. PD Feb 2006

hi ..My lawyer emailed me last may 5 and told me they already received the request from NVC and submitted what was required .I submitted all complete docs (ds230.certs.nbi police and 2x2 pict ).But until today NVC automated response still says incomplete docs.Why is that so?Do you think we can still make it...have visa allocations??so worried about the july retro again......not again...Hope we can make it this time.. feb 2006

hi dewko...I sent a letter to the CA BON last April regarding extension of NCLEX validity and just today I received a letter from them that they are extending validity for one year.Address the letter to Miss Liza Chan.

Hi ..responses of the NVC are so confusing..I talked with my lawyers and they said that they already gave the required documents last week of april.I contact NVC last may 3 and automated response said that they already received the checklist response then just today I again contact them and it says incomplete or missing documents.I talked with a representative and told me they did not receive all our DS230...WHEW!!! I dont really understand what"s going on??? any comments...anyone.

yes that's PD FEB 2006 ,sorry for the mistake ..my agency told me that based on their experience once the petition is documentarily qualified interviews are usually scheduled 1 to 2 months after.Lets hope it will also hold true for us guys

Sometimes the truth really hurts..but I am still hoping that the 3 years we have spent waiting will not be into waste..... I just want to update you guys..I contact NVC and the automated response said that they receive documents last may 1 and wait for 6-8 weeks for review..still hopeful that everything will turn out alright PD Feb 2007

yes lawrence they did not ask for pictures .My lawyer sent me an email and they are asking for the ds230 of my husband only.but I sent the complete files to my agency just in case . hoping thats the only requirement that they are asking for ...?

The NVC already gave the checklist to our lawyers and they only asked for the DS230 of my husband but just the same I gave and sent all the complete requirements just in case..I called the NVC before but they gave me a different response..My NBI clearance is still not expired.And I submitted a complete set of requirements last June 2007.Maybe thats the reason why they were not asked.

hi ..just called the NVC and they told me that they sent already a packet to my lawyer and they are asking again for updated files like ds 230 ,police certificates pictures and passport.Just want to update you guys...hope everything will be just fine. After all these,what will happen next?
