Hi I am makisig I just recently passed my LVN exams last March2007. I would like to know my case especially those who have the same case like mine.I am currently here in California.I had my consultation with 2 immigration lawyers...both of them told me I cant fixed my papers to change for immigrant status or even work permit ( even it is available this time ) because I am holding a vocational licensed.Even of some of facilities that I applied told me...there is no chance to fix it.I was wondering how those LVNs whom I know they dont originally lived here and came here in visitor visa without any authorization papers to work....I am just holding a visitor visa and can stay until sept 2007 and I am afraid to work because of immigration law.Even I want to fix my papers there is no way to do it..I am totally upset and depressed after all the hard works and effort...just like what my 2 lawyers told me it will be hard the less chances...Does anyone who have the same cases with me and was able to fix there papers even for work permit ...Pls respond...There is a a small facility would like to help me but I am doubt that they can help because of those information that I heard from the 2 lawyers...PLs advice me ...Thanks Honest comment only OK!!!

Hi this is makisig2007...the word that stated above is means passed...Because I passed the exams...hehehe...But I still need to review 4 my NCLEX RN...because I failed...Makisig2007-LVN

I just took my NCLEX RN and LVN exams last March 12 & 19,2007.Until now I dont recieved any mails from the Board of California.Last week I unintentionally opened the peasonvue website were I have an account ( like 8 days after I took the 1st exams 3/12 )..I checked it and I had noticed something strange that are not common during my 1st exams way back 2006. After the word exams I have noticed a word that are connected after the NCLEX ...This is what I have saw: Exams Type : NCLEX PN : NCLEX PN0p_Apr07_v1........before I only see NCLEX PN no words follows...this made me think....for 6 consecutive days the word that connects after LPN is present...but now, It is gone.I would like to know if someone have experience the same thing like mine.Any comment or advice!!! Pls help me....pls post your honest advice..Thanks in advance.
