    hi. I am very thankful that we have sites like this that could guide nurses for their queries. I want to ask about the retrogression issue. If for example I have signed a contract in one agency for the immigrant visa processing, then I wish to apply for the H1 C visa in another agency, would it affect my contract? Nobody know when the retrogression will be lifted. And so, we can't just wait for it to be lifted. Will there be any problems also if I apply in another country, sign a contract and work there till my papers will be processed after the retrogression? Will I be liable legally if I'll do that? Thank you very much.
