Iv just applied to Union County College and will be starting in the Fall of 2010. Im hearing different things when it comes to the program as far as admissions are concerned. I do understand that you have to be invited but im confused as to if there is a waiting list or not. I could really use some help from someone who is already admitted into the program:) Mya87

How does a cna make in nj? I am currently finishing my classes for it.

Locolorenzo22 is that what you as a cna? If you don't mind me asking did you have to do overtime to acheive that?

How much does a CNA with no experience in Nj make? I am in the process of finishing my cna classes.

I was inquiring about that program a while ago. It was said to me that you had to go through their CNA program that is is like 6 months long (they extend it) and then once you finish that then you can go actually do their LPN program. You have one of two ways o doing it, you can either go through Morris County College (if you are going to the Edison program) or you can apply to another Job Corp location and complete it there. Unfortunately, the last time I checked you couldn't just do the LPN program by itself you had to the CNA program to qualify for their LPN program.

I was actually surfing the net for LPN degrees, I noticed the school Merit Technical Institute. I have never really heard of it outside of the internet so I was wondering if anyone know if this is a good school or not? Also I noticed the price for the school is 12000; is that too high for a LPN school?

Does anyone know that is the average GPA for entry into a nursing program? I currently hold a 3.4.
