    Hello, I am a college student in Fort Wayne Indiana. In my interviewing class we are conducting mock interviews in front of our class. The person I'm interviewing is applying for a job as a Registered nurse in Othopedics. The help I 'm requesting is simple. I would like the point of view of nurses currently working in the ortho field, or any nursing field really. What kind of questions would you ask; something other than the obvious. What kind of skills beyond education and training do you think are helpful. Really any kind of insight or advice you can give would be extremely helpful. Thank you very much. D. S.
