  1. I am a new LPN grad in the process of endorsing my license to Louisiana. I have had one interview, with a clinic at Ochsner, the pay rate was $12-13!
  2. Good luck, please message me if you have any other questions. I know how it feels to need answers!
  3. yes, I am a full time student, you have to be. This is the schedule for this semester: monday 8-4 ,with an hour off for lunch, class lecture day tuesday 8-12 class lecture, wednesday 7:30-12 skills lab, thursday 7:30-12 skills lab, friday 7:30-9:30 math class with an optional skills lab from 10-12. So, most days are 1/2 days but you have to utilize your time and study after class every day to keep up. Some people do work, but most do not. You will have no time for anything else except school! Good luck!
  4. Hi, I started the Hinds LPN program in January. Before classes started we had an orientation where accepted students, such as myself, and waitlisted students attended. After everyone signed in they announced that everyone there was going to be in our class, including those who were waitlisted! In total we have 36 people in our class and have a couple of seats open, so I am thinking 40 people is the max for the Rankin Campus. Message me if you have any questions!
  5. Hi! Does anyone know the classroom number we are meeting in on Wednesday at the Rankin Campus? or What time? Thanks!!
  6. I am in for the Spring Hinds CC class at the Rankin campus!! Yay!
  7. Thank you both sooo much for the information!
  8. Does anyone have any information on the LPN program at Northwest Mississippi? How tough are admissions there?
  9. I took AP I and II, human growth and development, etc. all online from the mississippi virtual community college system. That may be a good option for you because you could work from home! I was very successful in these online classes, I would suggest them!
  10. I also took English comp 1 and 2, and Human growth and development online. I did very well in all of these! Good luck.
  11. Hey! I am also taking the test next Tuesday. I found a TABE practice test at this website: http://www.fccj.org/campuses/kent/assessment/Prac_TABE/TABE.html Good luck Elizabeth
  12. I am SURE we will all figure out what we are supposed to be doing and end up very happy! Thanks for your support.
  13. I also applied for the LPN program and that's what I really want. That way I can work while my husband finishes law school and then do the RN bridge program. I really hope I get accepted to that one.
  14. I recieved a letter and was NOT accepted! At least I know now, now I just have to stress out about the LPN program for a couple of months!
  15. I did not recieve anything either! Did anyone get the courage to call them yet?
