I have been a nurse for 4 years now in critical care, and finally found a calling. In my last life i was in contruction you know follow in your dads footsteps kinda life. Now I have been having more and more back problems, recurring injuries. Iam a bit sad about this because I thought I found something that I loved to do bedside nursing, now I dont know what to do? Iam 38 years old, can anyone help me with some suggestions.
  2. HI, well its happening again my wife is being transfered to Dallas Texas for her business. So I dont remember Dallas, i have lived in Arlington when i was 3 years old, iam 39 now. I have three teens and they are kool with moving can you believe that, iam so lucky. I have been a nurse in Austin for 3 years in critical care, IMC/Telemetry. Could anyone give me an idea where would be a great place to work and a great place to find a home, and a descent hourly wage expectation. I heard Baylor is a great hospital to be affiliated with, is this true. Robert
